This Really Works! September 29, 2010 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from MI United States   Such a simple piece of equipment, you wouldn't think it would yeild such great results, but it does. I just do 3 sets of 20 every other day, didn't really think much of it since it's so easy and only takes a couple minutes, but what a difference it makes! My inner thighs are now beautifully toned.
